The Christopher Group, LLC is a small boutique real estate firm specializing in the finest client representation. We target clients seeking the sale or purchase of land and homes generally from $250,000 to $2,000,000. The majority of our clients reside out of state and our focus is on seasonal, second home, and vacation property. The all broker firm has reached its listing capacity and now seeks the addition of a listing specialist.
The Christopher Group, LLC is comprised of a select group of focused and driven brokers. As opposed to head shops” with countless licenses, with varying abilities and varied focus, we operate a lean and nimble operation. We believe that layers of management and overhead supporting non focused or non-productive associates dilute a firm. Our operation plan allows the highest payouts and most freedom in exchange for hard work, logical systems, focus, and goal achievement. We believe that work must be fun and the financial rewards high.
The Christopher Team is seeking a licensed associate to work directly with the designated broker based in Hancock County. The focus on the position is listing acquisition however the associate will be called upon to assist both on buy and sell side of transactions.

The requirements for consideration are as follows:
- Sales Agent License or higher
- No License Violations
- Member of Maine Association of Realtors
- Member of the Hancock Washington Board of Realtors
- Computer with Microsoft XP
- High Speed Internet Connection
- All in one Scanner/Printer/Fax
