In 2005 CMCLH™ partnered with REAL Log Homes to exclusively furnish the log home components in their log homes. The resulting partnership has greatly benefited customers by adding high quality timbers, precision cut logs, improved joinery, and flexible home design to every home built.

Scott Bond - Owner, Founder - Since 1976, Scott has been honing his skills in the construction industry. His aptitude in the building trades is surpassed only by his passion for excellence. Scott has established a reputation as a superb craftsman in the log home construction and restoration industry. True to his passion for building, you will often find Scott working alongside his crew of carpenters. Scott's pursuit for excellence transcends to all levels of the organization, making quality and hands on craftsmanship key ingredients to the success of Central Maine Custom Log Homes.
Benjamin Bond - Business Manager - Ben's experience in the construction industry began early, working alongside his father Scott. Here he gained great practical knowledge of log building and construction. On completion of his studies at the University of Maine, Ben ventured west to Arizona where he gathered invaluable skill and experience for his current role as Business Manager. Ben is the direct connection to each and every customer, walking them through the design-build process.
Neil Crosby - Project Coordinator - If only it were possible to clone Neil's great attitude and attention to detail. We'd order up a dozen tomorrow. Neil spent his college years at Northern Maine Technical College where he learned the finer points of construction management. After graduating at the top of his class, Neil began applying his knowledge at a number of Maine based construction firms. In 2005 Central Maine Custom Log Homes was fortunate enough to acquire Neil as a new crew member. Working for some time in this role, Neil has earned the respect of co-workers and management alike. He now oversees the multitude of projects that are simultaneously in progress here in Maine.
Bob Commeau - Energy Engineer - Bob is the most recent addition to Central Maine Custom Log Homes family. His background in Energy Engineering has been key in CMCLH™'s product development, and brought critical expertise to help launch our newest company, Central Maine Geothermal. Bob's expertise has allowed CMCLH™ to better design homes for heating and cooling efficiency, thus yielding a better living environment in each home built. Bob is instrumental in helping each client achieve their goals for maximizing available green technologies so each home will be considerate of the environment.

CMCLH™ is a custom home builder; customers are not confined to pre-set plans. However, Real Log Homes does have a series of floor plans that you can use as a basis for forming ideas about your ideal home.
